DescriptionLeidos is seeking a AISR OSC Team Lead in Scott Air Force Base, IL supporting the Defense Group.
Our customer is the Defense Information Systems Agency (DISA) located at Scott AFB, IL and acts as the provider of GIG/Defense Information System Network (DISN) services to its customers the department of Defense (DoD) and national security organizations.
To achieve this, DISA is seeking reliable, cost effective solutions to acquire Operations and Maintenance (O&M) for the CONUS and OCONUS networks and provide the support necessary to carry out the day-to-day operations and sustainment of Airborne Intelligence, Surveillance and Reconnaissance (A-ISR) circuits and related services.
The core telecommunications capabilities supported by GSM-O enables the Warfighter to meet operational needs by providing world-wide telecommunications, supporting natural disaster relief, and conducting humanitarian assistance in peace time crises, regional conflicts, and at the same time executing on-going strategic deterrence activities.
This position directly manages the A-ISR Operational Support Cell (OSC) and the contractor support staff between two Geographically separated 24x7 Network Operation Centers located at Scott AFB and Hill AFB.
GSMO is a performance-based environment where our performance is based on pre-determined Service Level Agreement's (SLA's) or Acceptable Levels of Performance (ALP's).
Candidate should have proven Managerial experience in overseeing functional groups (15 -20 staff) and diverse technologies to include NOC Analysts, Subject Matter Experts, and Network Engineers 24x7x365 in support of the GSMO contract.
The AISR Manager will work closely with the other functional teams and senior NOC management to establish cross functional processes and procedures which strength the OSC and establish standard policies and procedures which are ITIL based and reflect the overall mission of the GSMO.
The AISR Manager provides situational awareness to government customer on a variety of technology based issues impacted the DoD networking systems.
Basic Qualifications include experience working in several areas of IT to include Network, Systems, & Security.
Specific Experience to include:
Network or NOC Manager, managing a staff of at least 15
to include training and overall employee management.
Specific experience in Cisco Routers/Switches, Optical networking, and Network Monitoring systems.
Outstanding written and verbal skills.
Basic
Qualifications:
-- BA/BS or equivalent experience and 5
years or equivalent experience/combined education or Masters with 3
years of prior relevant experience; with professional experience and specialized training commensurate with assignment.
-- Experience at managing the implementation and the operational execution of program with DISA CONUS and OCONUS locations.
-- Experience in providing support and high level briefings to the customer.
-- Expertise in identifying areas of improvement and recommending procedural changes that enables the Government to attain integrated outcomes that are effective.
-- Experience managing a technical/operational team to achieve the required program or project goals within budget guidelines.
-- Experience at overseeing and developing detailed documentation for maintenance and configuration changes, indicating step by step procedures for accomplishing network engineering actions.
-- Experience in assigning tasks to contractor personnel, supervising on-going technical efforts, and managing contract performance identified by the customer.
The position requires a Bachelor's degree from an accredited college in a related discipline and 14 years of equivalent experience in information technology.
-- Secret Clearance required with the ability to achieve a Top Secret Security Clearance Desired skills:
-- DOD 8570 Certification.
-- DISA leadership experience.
-- Data Communications Network (DCN) familiarity.
-- ITIL certification.
GSMO Pay Range:
Pay Range $84,500.
00 - $130,000.
00 - $175,500.

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
