The Functional Analyst will support the USAF in Flight Manager training, evaluations, and operations for Mobility Air Forces Flight Managers Responsibilities Schedule, execute, document, and maintain a comprehensive Flight Manager (FM) training program to train Mobility Air Force (MAF) personnel in all FM duties and responsibilities Schedule FM periodic, upgrade, and just-in-time/differences training Interact with client government personnel individually and as a collective team Execute the Operations Familiarization (OpsFam) program and staff, completing all follow-on actions Develop and maintain, up-to-date lesson plans, provide training, coordinate, schedule, and integrate training offered by other vendors, including government sources, such as the FAA-certified Aircraft Dispatcher Training instructor necessary to ensure all FM candidates successfully earn an FAA Aircraft Dispatcher certification Coordinate and schedule all administrative in-processing for 618 AOC trainees or reassigned FMs Monitor ancillary training requirements for all FM positions Provide each new hire FM with computer assistance, including computer access and required functionalities for all 618 AOC FMs Other duties required according to the PWS Qualifications High school diploma or GED equivalent Bachelor's degree in a related field preferred FM knowledge, experience, expertise, and an understanding of all current FM applications, tools, procedures, and processes are required Military instructor aircrew experience with familiarity with military airlift and aerial refueling operations is preferred Secret clearance required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities In-depth FM knowledge, experience, expertise, and understanding of all current FM applications, tools, procedures, and processes.
Ability to effectively instruct complex/technical material.
Knowledge of planning, organizing, directing, operating, and evaluating Air Force training programs.
Skills in effective communication, both verbal and written.
Capability to work in a team environment, as well as independently.
Ability to maintain a positive relationship with customers and other vendors.
Demonstrated ability to comply with data standards and policies.
Possess the motivation to learn new technologies and methodologies that demonstrate value.
